Forton Music is a web-based publishing company, dedicated to publishing music arranged for woodwind instruments. From piccolo to contra-bass flute, soprano saxophone to contra-bassoon, we offer a range of instrument specific music arranged and composed by wind players for wind ensembles of all sizes. Our music is played by a number of ensembles including Casual Sax Saxophone Quartet, the Karasily Quartet, Preston Flute Group, and the National Saxophone Choir Of Great Britain. We have been composing and arranging for twenty years, and are regularly told that our music is extremely well suited to the instruments involved. As wind players ourselves we understand the particular idiosyncrasies of the family, particularly some of the rarer extreme members; our latest acquisitions have been a contra-alto and a contra-bass flute giving our flute choir music a new range and depth. However, we do appreciate the rarity of such instruments and offer a range of music for ensembles of all sizes. All our music is printed out on high quality A3 paper with card outer covers.
